I take everyday clients too, not just weddings. Does it handle both?
Yes. Everyday appointments run on your calendar with confirmations, deposits, and reminders, while wedding and event inquiries keep their quotes, trials, and follow-ups beside them. No separate booking platform, and no quotes buried in a DM thread.
Can I send a proper wedding proposal, not a price in a text?
Yes. The packages, the travel and the trial go into a branded proposal she reads on her phone, picks a package on, ticks any extras, and signs. You decide what her yes means: it can lock the date outright, hold it while a retainer invoice runs its window, book nothing until you schedule it yourself, or leave the date open until someone actually pays.
What if she accepts and then never pays the retainer?
You set the window. While it runs the date is held as a pending booking; if it lapses unpaid the hold is released instead of sitting on your calendar, and the proposal records what happened rather than quietly reverting.
Will it reply to a bride without me seeing it?
Magic drafts the reply and waits for your approval. Separately, reminders and other automations run only when you enable them.
